Todd has more than twenty years of real estate and mortgage industry experience in technology, marketing, and business development.
He created the first broker-focused mortgage blog in 2005 and was named to the Inman News “Most Influential In Real Estate” lists for five consecutive years.
As Managing Director for the National Association of REALTORS®’ newly created Data Analytics Group, Todd leads the association’s efforts to build analytics tools that help members, brokers, and associations make better business and marketing decisions.
Across North America, Todd speaks about emerging real estate trends and is an organizer of grassroots “un-conferences” including REBarcamp. He is widely regarded as an industry pioneer in leveraging the social web.
