About Nikki
Nikki Beauchamp is a licensed real estate salesperson with Warburg Realty in New York City . Born and bred in Manhattan, she's a resource for information and guidance for friends, colleagues and clients who have decided to make New York their home. She counts data analysis, negotiation, marketing and a deep appreciation for the arts among the skills that help her understand the various perspectives of clients and customers. She shares the wisdom she's amassed with other agents as a contributor to Inman Next,as an active member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York), a member of FIABCI, where she sits on the Board of Directors for the FIABCI USA New York Northeast Council and a member of REEA (Real Estate Educators Association) .Nikki has been featured across a variety of media including CBS 2, New York Times, The Real Deal, Curbed and Huffington Post.
In her spare time Nikki can be found out and about in New York City, whether it’s, at the gym, with her dog Bentley, or enjoying great food and wine with friends in New York and beyond. Giving back extends beyond the professional real estate world,into the world in which we live, where she is a member of the Board of Directors of Musical Dream,and also volunteers with several other organizations,including Destination Imagination and Special Spectators, and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the East Harlem Little League, having served for many years as their chief information officer. She has remained active with alumni community both at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, the ‘FAME’ high school, and at New York University where she is a member of the Young Alumni Leadership Circle.
