About Michael
Michael Martin is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Avenue 8, a brokerage platform that helps agents, teams and independents outperform the market. Their technology platform includes Sidekick, an AI assistant purpose-built for agents and brokerages. Prior to Avenue 8, Michael spent nearly a decade as Managing Partner of Code and Theory, where he scaled the company to a successful exit from 50 to 500 employees while being named one of Fast Company’s 10 Most Innovative Companies in the World. He began his career in the private equity group of Apollo Global Management, and in the investment banking group of Deutsche Bank. Michael graduated with High Honors from Dartmouth College and is a Member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations.
