About Gary
Gary is Co-Founder and COO of Modwell, a leader in 3D, immersive technologies and products used by top performing agents across the U.S. to provided vastly improved, engaging and informed property selling and buying experiences Featured on Million Dollar Listing LA last season, Modwell is a proud portfolio company graduate of Moderne Ventures Passport Program, was recently accepted into the coveted Nvidia Inception Program and was recently named in the Top Innovators Award List by Metaverse Spectrum.
Gary is a serial entrepreneur who has founded consulting, behavior marketing tech and podcast companies. He started his career in integrated communications at WPP and IPG networks before joining Turner Broadcasting as VP sales and marketing for CNN.com international and his company, GMCG Groups was lead consultant for the new product development team that launched one of the first, "3D" online gaming products - Gametap.
He has now been steeped in the real estate industry for years- first as a sales agent and now as co-founder of Modwell -- a company that is changing the way brokerages, agents and developers’ market and sell.
