About Daniel
Daniel Park’s real estate career began when he joined RoseRock Capital in Bryan, TX, as Vice
President of Operations. He managed commercial properties and guided development
initiatives. After nearly two years, he and his family returned to Knoxville, TN, to be closer to
extended family. He continued in commercial real estate until 2016, when a friend suggested
he try residential real estate. Daniel made the switch and has since enjoyed helping clients buy
and sell homes. A highlight of his career was receiving the 2024 Vance Burkey Award from
Realty Executives Associates, an honor voted on by peers for professionalism and expertise.
Daniel was also recently elected as First VP of the East Tennessee Realtors Association and will
serve as President in 2027.
Prior to real estate, Daniel co-founded and managed Mosaic House, a unique accommodation
business specializing in hospitality and green technology in Prague, Czech Republic. His
responsibilities included design, project management, and operations. Following that, Daniel
moved back to the States and served as the Ministry Development Coordinator for Breakaway
Ministries at Texas A&M University, the largest collegiate Bible study in the country.
In addition to real estate, Daniel teaches and trains agents on emotional intelligence,
personality types, and managing stress. He is a TREC certified instructor and teaches multiple CE
classes across the East Tennessee Realtors MLS frequently. Nationally, Daniel leads workshops
on these topics at various conventions, businesses, and real estate firms. He is passionate about
the blending of psychology and business, and his goal each time he speaks is to positively
impact listeners both in their business and their personal lives.
Daniel holds a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and an M.A. in Organizational
Leadership from Concordia University, where he is also a certified Professional Coach and
Consultant. He mentors new agents at Realty Executives and within the Knoxville Fellows
