Concierge Auctions has partnered with Vesta Home to fully furnish luxury listings worth $10 million or more.

Concierge Auctions has partnered with Vesta Home to launch Concierge Curated, a turnkey service for homesellers with properties worth $10 million or more.

Concierge Curated enables homesellers to have their homes fully redesigned by Vesta Home professionals and sold at auction in as little as 60 days. The designs include custom interior furnishings that fit the listing’s architecture, market and buyer profile.

The service is free for homesellers, while buyers will factor in the furnishings, which can cost upwards of seven figures, when making their bids.

“This new offering is a strategic evolution of our high-touch auction platform to better serve the $10-million-plus market, where buyers with demanding schedules and international footprints don’t want to wait months for custom furnishings.”

“They seek spaces that are thoughtfully and cohesively designed, ready to be enjoyed from the moment they walk through the front door,” he added.

Roffers said Concierge Curated primarily reflects demand from “international buyers, second-home purchasers and ultra-busy entrepreneurs” who prefer the convenience of a turnkey property.

“Demand for turnkey luxury has been building steadily over the last decade, and it continues to accelerate significantly post-pandemic as high-net-worth buyers increasingly prioritize immediacy, convenience, and fully realized lifestyle experiences over traditional ‘blank canvas’ homes,” he told Inman. “[Buyers] are no longer interested in spending 12-18 months sourcing furnishings, managing designers or navigating supply-chain delays after closing.”

The Concierge Auctions CEO said Vesta Home was the ideal partner for the service, as they already understand “how interiors directly influence buyer behavior and purchasing decisions at the highest end of the market.”

In 2025 alone, Vesta Home staged more than 5.2 million square feet nationwide, with Vesta Home-staged homes selling up to 45 percent faster across the $2 million-plus market, the company said.

“Interiors are no longer an afterthought in the luxury sales cycle; they are a critical catalyst to a successful transaction,” Vesta Home founder and CEO Julian Buckner said. “When a buyer can immediately visualize and experience the lifestyle, without waiting months, it results in decisive action, fewer obstacles and a dramatically smoother path to closing.”

Roffers and Buckner said the sales premium will “vary by property and market conditions.” However, the duo said fully-furnished luxury homes “have consistently demonstrated stronger buyer engagement” and “higher overall pricing” compared to comparable unfurnished offerings.

“The premium is driven less by the raw value of the furniture itself and more by the emotional and psychological impact of a fully realized living experience,” Roffers said. “Buyers can immediately understand how the home lives, entertains and functions — which tends to create stronger emotional attachment and more competitive bidding behavior.”

“Ultimately, the goal of the partnership is to create a more seamless transaction experience across the board: stronger presentation for sellers, greater convenience for buyers, fewer obstacles during the transaction process and a smoother path to closing,” he added.
