Luxury Presence unveiled a revamped platform Wednesday that consolidates website, marketing, advertising and client relationship tools into a single system powered by the company’s proprietary AI.

The company’s Presence Platform unites four new capabilities: an AI-driven CRM, social media management, listing ads and a homeowner dashboard. It’s the latest product launch for the 10-year-old, Austin-based company that aims to fill an overlooked niche in the real estate industry.

“I saw the state of real estate tech, how fragmented it was, how many tools these agents have to use to do their job, and how frustrating of an experience that was,” founder and CEO Malte Kramer said. “That was the aha moment for me to start Luxury Presence.”

More than 87,000 agents across 18,000 real estate businesses use the platform, the company said. The launch follows a $37 million fundraising round earlier this year led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

Inside the new CRM

The CRM — the most requested addition from Luxury Presence customers, Kramer said — is built around a feature called Smart Actions. Each morning, the system surfaces a prioritized contact list with drafted outreach messages, drawing on communication history, website activity, life events and a proprietary database of more than 280 million Americans.

“We’re taking these billions of data points and distilling them down to something actionable for agents,” Kramer said. “All they have to do to get through the outreach for the day is approve the messages and click send.”

The system tracks life events — job changes, new children, empty-nest transitions — and assigns each contact a likelihood-to-move score.

Kramer said the feature delivered results in beta testing. In one instance, an agent received an alert that a contact in her sphere had changed jobs. The agent reached out and secured a listing appointment the following day.

AI video, human oversight

The social media management offering generates on-brand posts and Reels for Instagram and Facebook from listing photos. The platform can also convert property photos into AI-generated drone-style listing videos with narration, a production format that previously could cost agents $2,000 or more, Kramer said.

A team of more than 500 designers, marketers and strategists reviews content before it reaches agents for final approval.

“We still believe in the human in the loop,” Kramer said. “There are certainly tasks and parts of our service offering where it’s always going to be a human providing service.”

Listing ads and the homeowner dashboard

The listing ads capability markets agent-selected listings the moment they go live, with the platform handling creative, targeting and budget management. The company said no management fees are charged on top of ad spend.

The homeowner dashboard gives past clients a branded view of their home’s value, equity and local market activity, hosted on the agent’s domain. The platform alerts agents when a past client shows renewed activity.

By the numbers

Luxury Presence said agents on the platform grow six times faster and close nearly three times as much transaction volume than peers in the same markets. Since a Series B-1 raise in 2023, the company reported more than 110 percent ARR growth, with $450 billion in annual transaction volume across more than 400,000 listings.
