So, here are some of the biggest announcements from recent days:
Century 21
Veteran-founded indie Bluegrass Realty Pros. is now part of Century 21 Real Estate, expanding the brand’s presence in Kentucky. Former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Jason Jarstfer started his sales career in 2005, with his wife, Melissa, joining the industry in 2017. The duo started Bluegrass four years ago, specializing in residential and commercial sales, land and investment properties, real estate auctions and military relocations.
“Bluegrass Realty Pros is truly a unique operation, as it blends the importance of family values with the noble cause of helping our nation’s service members,” C21 President and CEO Mike Miedler said. “… These values naturally align with the Century 21 brand, and we’re excited to help provide an even stronger support system for the Jarstfers as they look to grow their company name.”
Engel & Völkers
Former NBA star Gerald Henderson and his wife, Nilou, have joined Engel & Völkers, turning their luxury firm Henderson Ventures into E&V Charlotte. Nilou has been in luxury residential, new development, and new construction sales for more than a decade, and is also the founder of a full-service interior design and luxury staging firm.
“The timing of this affiliation is incredibly meaningful for our business and our market,” said Nilou, the CEO of Henderson Ventures. “Charlotte’s continued growth creates an opportunity to pair our personalized approach with the strength of a global brand, allowing us to further elevate the experience we provide to our clients.”
eXp Realty
Former REMAX franchise owner Sonia Orozco has joined eXp Realty. Orozco has been in the industry for more than 30 years, building a reputation as one of the top brokers in the San Bernardino area. Her team, The Luxe Group, closed $48 million in 2025 sales volume.
“When I started looking into other brokerages, there was just nothing else, in my opinion, that matched what eXp had to offer,” Orozco said. “I saw that what I was lacking was what was already in place for me if I were to join eXp. Everything is readily available.”
Judge Realty
Georgia-based indie firm Judge Realty has added Jackie M. Estes to its team, bringing more than 30 years of real estate experience in residential sales and management. Estes also has a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification from the National Association of Realtors, reflecting her passion for serving older clients who are downsizing or need dedicated housing options, including independent living, assisted living and memory care.
“Jackie is an experienced real estate professional who brings an insightful approach and impressive attention to detail to every real estate transaction,” Judge Realty Founder and CEO Lori Judge said. “We’re thrilled to welcome Jackie to our growing team at Judge Realty and know she will be a remarkable asset for our clients.”
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty
Angel Gonzalez has joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty after 11 years with Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes Team. Gonzalez specializes in luxury residential and new-development sales across Florida, New York, and California, and has more than $700 million in closed sales volume.
