Billion-dollar indie brokerage Legacy Real Estate & Associates has joined Real Estate Experts ERA Powered, a Silicon Valley-based ERA Real Estate affiliate.

Legacy Real Estate & Associates, which has rebranded as Legacy Real Estate Experts ERA Powered, serves buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area. Bill Aboumrad, Sr., founded the firm in 1971 and passed it to his son, Bill Aboumrad, Jr., in 1992. In the 34 years since taking over, Aboumrad has grown the brokerage to more than 300 agents across three San Francisco and East Bay offices.
The firm consistently closes $1 billion in annual sales volume and has earned several honors from the San Francisco Chronicle, RISMedia and RealTrends, including six consecutive RISMedia Newsmaker awards.

The partnership marks Legacy Real Estate & Associates’ return to ERA, with Aboumrad associating with the Compass International Holdings (CIH) brand in 2013, at the beginning of the ERA Powered branding model.
