Every real estate coach has heard it: Agents get inspired, post on social media for two weeks, then a deal lands and the content disappears.

Roomvu, a Vancouver-based AI video marketing platform, says it’s built a solution to that cycle. On Tuesday, the company announced an expansion of what it calls its Autonomous Visibility System, designed to keep agents consistently present across social media, email and digital ads, whether or not they log in.

“The gap was never knowledge, it’s consistency. Roomvu closes that gap with a system that auto-generates content from live MLS data, personalizes it with the agent’s voice and face, and deploys it across every channel whether they log in or not. We didn’t build a marketing tool. We built a system that does it for them,” Sam Mehrbod, CEO of Roomvu, said in a statement.
Always on, even when you’re not
At the core of the updated platform is an AI content engine that automatically builds a rolling two-week content calendar by pulling from real-time MLS listings, market data and hyperlocal news. Videos are personalized using what Roomvu calls “AI Portraits.” These tools can turn a single photo or a 30-second clip into a library of branded content in the agent’s voice.
That content is then distributed automatically across eight social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram Stories. Notably, Roomvu says agents don’t need a business account to use the feature.
The platform also includes an AI-led receptionist called Roomvu Engage, which handles instant follow-ups via call, SMS and email in multiple languages. The company says it achieves a 2 percent lead-to-sale ratio, well above typical industry benchmarks, and that 49 percent of consumers interacting with the AI receptionist believe they’re talking to a human.
65 hours back a month
Roomvu reports that more than 350,000 professionals are currently on the platform and that users save an average of 65 hours of marketing work per month.
“Roomvu brings you great visibility and shows you to be a subject matter expert in your field and location,” said Richard Silver, senior global real estate advisor at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. “It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to scale their authority.”
The company has also pushed into adjacent verticals, offering compliance-ready video marketing for mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and financial advisors. It’s a sign that Roomvu sees its content automation model as applicable beyond the traditional agent audience.
Roomvu is backed by REACH, the venture capital arm of the National Association of Realtors, and was recognized by the Canadian Innovation Exchange as one of the top 20 most innovative real estate technology companies in Canada.
