Texas-based franchisor Keller Williams has continued its C-suite shuffle, this time appointing financial executive Christopher Brodhead as its first-ever chief revenue officer (CRO). The firm said this role was created to “align KW’s revenue-driving functions into a unified strategy” and “further growth across the KW ecosystem.”

“We’re excited to welcome Chris to Keller Williams,” KW President and CEO Chris Czarnecki said in a prepared statement on Tuesday. “At the end of the day, KW is a people development business, and he’ll help us continue to build what’s next, so our affiliated agents, franchises, leaders, and our culture continue to grow.”

Brodhead has been in the financial sector for more than two decades, taking on executive roles at DeltaPoint Capital Management, Broadstone Real Estate, Benefit Street Partners and Alesco Advisors. Those roles have included business development, capital formation, investor relations and growth initiatives.

“I’m excited to join Keller Williams because it represents something rare at scale, a company deeply grounded in the success of its people,” Brodhead said in a written statement. “KW’s agent-centric culture, commitment to education, and clear sense of purpose create a powerful foundation.”

“The opportunity in front of us is not to reinvent what already works, but to explore additional avenues of growth,” he added. “KW is a company built on models, systems, and values that put people first. I’m honored to be part of the next chapter.”

Keller Williams has spent much of the past year reorganizing its C-suite, focusing on growth and strategy, operations and finance, and marketing roles.

“Adding Chris to the team will help us further drive what matters most, our agents and their ability to grow and succeed at the highest level,” Czarnecki said.
