PLACE has expanded its C-suite with former executives from Realtor.com, Homeward and Movoto, according to an announcement on Thursday.
Movoto Vice President of Lever and Agent Platforms Nikki Miller, Realtor.com General Counsel of Opcity Jamie Jatzlau and Homeward Chief Operations Officer Claire Dunham have joined the tech and agent services company, taking on key growth, strategy and legal roles.

“As PLACE expands our consumer services, leaders who understand the full homeownership journey are mission-critical,” PLACE co-founder Ben Kinney said in a prepared statement. “Nikki, Jamie and Claire bring experience from some of the most influential companies in our industry, and their expertise will help us accelerate our impact.”
Miller has been in the industry since 2014, starting as a sales associate at the Souferian Group before joining Keller Williams, where she founded the Nikki Miller Team and the tech platform The Lead Syndicate.
Movoto, previously known as OJO Labs, acquired The Lead Syndicate in March 2024 and integrated it into Lever, its marketing, lead-generation, and transaction-management platform. Miller stayed on after the acquisition, serving as the vice president of Lever and agent platforms.
Jatzlau has an equally impressive resume, dating back to 2004, when she was a member of Cantey Hanger’s civil litigation team, which handled employment, corporate and real estate law. She joined Keller Williams in 2008 and moved up the ranks, eventually being appointed as the Texas-based franchisor’s general counsel in 2014. She moved to Realtor.com in 2018, serving as the general counsel for Opcity.
Rounding out the list is Dunham, who spent eight years leading customer success and account management teams at Main Street Hub, OutboundEngine and Shipping Easy before joining Homeward in 2019. At Homeward, Dunham served as the iBuyer’s SVP of operations and Chief Operations Officer.
Kinney and PLACE co-founder Chris Suarez said Miller, Jatzlau, and Dunham are key to expanding the firm’s real estate, mortgage, title, insurance and home services footprint.
“We have an aspirational mission for this industry, our bar is high, and we are committed to reaching it,” Suarez said in a written statement. “Adding Nikki, Jamie and Claire to our leadership team underscores our commitment to building an unmatched organization capable of redefining what professionals and consumers should expect from a modern homeownership platform.”
