EXp Realty has promoted two members of its executive leadership team into new and existing roles to help further empower the brokerage’s agents, the firm announced on Wednesday.
Carrie Lysenko, who was previously CEO of eXp World Holdings-owned search portal Zoocasa, has been named Chief Technology Officer of eXp Realty.
Holly Mabery, whose most recent title was Senior Vice President of Brokerage Operations, has been named to the new role of Chief Brokerage Officer.
Both Lysenko and Mabery will report to eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja.

Prior to joining Zoocasa, Lysenko worked in various digital marketing roles at Toronto-based companies. As CTO, Lysenko will drive innovation at eXp, and home in on tools that make agents’ daily tasks easier and increase their productivity.

Mabery was named SVP of Brokerage Operations in 2024. She joined eXp Realty as an associate broker in 2018, and before that, was affiliated with Realty One Group Mountain Desert. She also co-founded real estate training and consulting company REal Chaos Solutions in 2013. At eXp, she works to support teams across the company and ensure compliance as the brokerage continues to grow.
Mabery was also recently named President of the 2026 Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) Board of Directors.

EXp Realty also announced that the firm’s previous CTO, Sumanth Kamath, who was in the role since March 2024, moved on from the brokerage to pursue another leadership opportunity elsewhere.
