Coldwell Banker this month announced that it has picked up a major affiliate from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

The affiliate was previously known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, but will now be Coldwell Banker Envision. Here’s what Coldwell Banker had to say about it in a statement:
Coldwell Banker Envision will serve clients through 14 offices and more than 1,300 agents across Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Orange Counties. Local offices span neighborhoods such as Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Downey, Cerritos, Hacienda Heights and Upland.
