The Real Brokerage has teamed up with marketing automation and brand management platform MAXA Designs to provide marketing services to the firm’s agents, Real announced this week at its annual agent conference.
The co-branded marketing center — dubbed MAXA x Real — will give Real agents access to more than 500 templates for print, social media and digital marketing with new designs added on a monthly basis, a press release said.
The platform also directly integrates with MLS property data, automatically importing listings and photos to save agents time.

“Our collaboration with Real represents the next evolution of brand and marketing automation in real estate,” James Wong, founder and CEO of MAXA Designs, said in a statement. “Together, we’ve created an ecosystem that blends creativity, automation and data, giving Real agents the freedom to market smarter, faster and more beautifully.”
Highlights of the platform include listing campaigns across both print and digital that will be automatically delivered to Real agents through Leo CoPilot, the firm’s AI-powered concierge.
MAXA x Real also features hyper-targeted direct mail capabilities that will allow the brokerage’s U.S. agents to send mailers specific to individual neighborhoods. This feature, in particular, will enable Real agents to increase their visibility and engagement in local markets, Real Chief Marketing Officer Dre Madden said.

“What makes MAXA special is that it’s built for real estate,” Madden said in a statement. “With MAXA, Real’s 30,000-plus agents have access to more than 500 purpose-built real estate templates for print, social and digital, and we’re adding more every month. It’s all done for you in MAXA. From MLS-powered design to AI-driven automation, everything is built for our agents and this industry. With MAXA, we are able to take Leo CoPilot to the next level for our agents.”
Real said the new platform embraces the idea that by automating and integrating real estate marketing, agents can focus more on client relationships and service.
