Natalie Hamrick, the former president of Affiliate Services and Growth at Christie’s International Real Estate, has joined Anywhere Franchise Brands as senior vice president of Customer Experience, Inman has learned.
According to an email Inman has viewed that was internal to Anywhere personnel and penned by Anywhere Franchise Brands President and CEO Liz Gehringer, Hamrick has joined the leadership team this week as it prepares for its annual Ascend graduation, a program that supports brand-affiliated rising leaders in the industry and which, for the past few years, has been celebrated at the end of April.
“I’m especially excited because there’s a new member of the team accompanying me this week: Our new SVP, Customer Experience for Anywhere Franchise Brands: Natalie Hamrick!” Gehringer wrote.
“Natalie is a prominent figure in our industry, bringing experience that closely mirrors our priorities to deliver on our brand and Anywhere value propositions to our affiliates. She deeply understands franchisee dynamics and priorities, having most recently served as President of Affiliate Services and Growth at Christie’s International Real Estate. She’s an expert on brand, helping the Christie’s network navigate a merger with @properties with a sensitivity to each company’s distinct history and characteristics. And, she understands how to grow affiliate presence, spearheading global growth over her 15 years at the company.”
The news comes just a few months after the announcement that Compass would be acquiring @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, a deal that was finalized by the companies in January 2025.
“Natalie is a respected and accomplished leader in our industry, and we could not be more excited to have her on board to aid our vast network of affiliates in forging the next chapter of their success,” Gehringer told Inman in an emailed statement.
“Her deep understanding of branding and franchise dynamics will be critical as we continue to expand our best-in-class offerings and enhance our superior, growth-focused customer experience.”
@properties Christie’s International Real Estate declined to comment on Hamrick’s move.
Anywhere added that Hamrick will help drive some of the company’s strategic goals on behalf of its franchise customers, including strengthening its value proposition, fostering growth opportunities for franchisees and driving the success of Anywhere’s international footprint through close collaboration within the global affiliate network.
Hamrick started at Christie’s International Real Estate as a marketing manager at the end of 2011, and rose through the ranks over the years, ultimately becoming executive vice president of the Americas in early 2022 and president of Affiliate Services in the fall of 2023. Before signing on with the luxury real estate brand, she worked in marketing roles at Technicolor Group and for a health insurance provider.
