With a background that spans pre-med, psychology, social research and sculpture, YogaBug Real Estate founder Pam Blair brings a unique, whole-self approach to her business — one that blends analytical rigor with grounded intuition.
“I realized real estate was the perfect intersection of everything I love,” Blair said, “research, human behavior, business and adventure.”
That multidimensional mindset is the foundation of YogaBug, a boutique brokerage rooted in authenticity, self-care and bold growth. Blair’s leadership philosophy reflects that same balance of discipline and joy — she’s as dedicated to market mastery as she is to morning hikes, yoga and creating a life filled with laughter and purpose.
In a market that challenges agents to do more with less, Blair proves that success doesn’t require burnout — it requires intention.
“We don’t let limitations — or the market — define us,” she said. “We consciously create our own reality.”
Find out how this Portland trailblazer is doubling her business, building a team that runs on alignment and redefining what it means to lead with soul.

How did you get your start in real estate?
YogaBug really chose me — it’s who I am at the core. When it came time to brand myself, I knew I wanted to weave together the two worlds I love most: yoga and real estate. It felt a little audacious at the time, but it was also undeniable. My yoga business was already called YogaBug, and I realized it carried the exact vibe I wanted — unique, memorable and completely me.
Tell us about a high point in your brokerage career
In 2013, Inman invited me to be on a panel about “Best Marketing Practices” at Inman Connect San Francisco. I stood on that stage with some seriously high-caliber business women, rolled out my YogaBug mat and decided that I had nothing to lose by being myself. It changed my career.
